Dr. Shailesh Deshmukh

Dr. Shailesh Deshmukh has a Masters Degree from the prestigious Government Dental College & Hospital, Mumbai. His successful clinical practice and mentoring credits since 1986 have earned him a distinguished global career in dentistry and orthodontics. Dr. Deshmukh is a highly regarded keynote speaker on both, national and international circuits. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and is currently a Director on the Indian Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Deshmukh is a Professor, a Postgraduate Guide and Facilitator of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics at Bharati Vidyapeeth University Dental College & Hospital, Pune, and is also a postgraduate examiner to various universities. He is a Member of the Board of Studies at Bharati Vidyapeeth University and a Consultant at the Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune. Dr Shailesh Deshmukh has the distinction of being a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists and of the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Revati Deshmukh has been a member of the faculty at the Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology, Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital, Pune for over 20 years. She has a Masters degree from the prestigious Government Dental College & Hospital, Mumbai. She is a Professor, Postgraduate Guide and Facilitator as well as PhD guide and is also a postgraduate examiner to various universities. She is a member of the Academic Council, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, a Member Secretary of The Institutional Ethics Committee at the Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College, Pune. An intraoral scanner is a handheld device that directly creates digital impression data of the oral cavity. Light source from the scanner is projected onto the teeth, and then a 3D model is processed by the scanning software which is displayed on the screen.
